Is the house heated / cooled?
Summer: the house stays naturally cool thanks to its design and the trees. Bedrooms have mosquito screens so you can sleep with the windows open, there are fans in the main rooms, and the pool.
Winter: electric heaters in the bedrooms and a central wood-burning fireplace.
Is there wifi?
Yes, fibre-optic internet.
Do you provide meals?
Yes, on request: country breakfasts, asado and traditional menus made with local produce. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome — please ask first when you book.
What is there to do nearby?
Explore the village of Abbott, its country stores, tree-lined streets, historic lawn tennis club and local restaurants. San Miguel del Monte and its lake are close by.
